Trust & Safety
Ensuring your journey is safe, secure, and respectful of the mountains.
We collect only the essential information required to facilitate your travel arrangements, including your name, contact details, and destination preferences.
Your personal data is handled with the utmost care. It is only shared with trusted service providers (cabs, hotels, permit offices) as necessary for your itinerary.
Any financial interactions or booking confirmations are processed through secure protocols to protect your sensitive information.
All travel itineraries, especially to restricted areas (North/East Sikkim), are subject to permit approvals from the respective authorities.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for cab bookings and 7 days for trek expeditions to be eligible for refunds.
While we strive for perfection, DP Travels is not responsible for delays or changes caused by force majeure, including severe weather, roadblocks, or government restrictions.
Sikkim is strictly plastic-free. Disposable plastic water bottles are prohibited in North and East Sikkim. Please carry reusable bottles.
Maintain silence and dress modestly while visiting monasteries. Always seek permission before taking photographs of locals or sacred sites.
Do not litter. Carry your trash back to your vehicle or hotel. Help us keep the fragile Himalayan ecosystem pristine for future voyagers.
